| The Downtown San Rafael One Mile Road Race is a part of the Pacific
Association-USA Track & Field Road Grand Prix (Short Road), guaranteeing an exciting and highly competitive
field. Pacific Association Members only (with current USATF card) and club teams are eligible to win cash
prizes from a $2900 prize purse. This is a fun and fast ONE MILE certified course through beautiful downtown
San Rafael. Each race registrant will receive a high quality gym bag from NO EXCUSES WEAR.

| This is the 3rd Annual Novato 4th of July races. The newly
named "Firecracker 4" (4-mile) run and existing "Mayor's Mile" (1-mile) run/walk are staged in the heart of
the revitalized Grant Street district in downtown Novato. Participate in the race and then
move onto of other holiday events. Plenty of fun for the entire family. Also, your participation can count
toward the Marin County School Challenge.

Join us for our 10th year of hosting the only Thanksgiving Day road race
in Marin County. The newly named "Marin County Turkey Trot" will host a new format of races in 2010. Challenge
yourself with your choice of either the Pilgrim 5K or Indian 10K distances. Or if having fun is your goal then
the Gobbler Mile run/walk is back for its 10th year!
